How long will it take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 7–14 business days; international delivery typically takes 10–25 business days. If we can't ship your order on time, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless shown at checkout.
Where does my order ship from?
Our current pieces ship from our partner warehouse in China. Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
Will I get shipping updates?
Yes. We email you shipping updates when your order ships.
Returns & refunds
My item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of worn earrings unless they're faulty. For other items, and unopened items in their original packaging, email us within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the item price once the return arrives.
My parcel hasn't arrived.
If your shipping updates show no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier. If it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Full details: refund policy.
Gifting
Do pieces come in a gift box?
Not at the moment. Product pages note "Gift box not included" where this applies.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Pearl-look beads and small details can vary a little from piece to piece, and screens show colour differently. Photos are representative.
